Gulf Model Community User Day 2022 (Delft3D FM Suite, ...)

The Gulf Model Community User Day offers a unique opportunity for those interested in the Delft3D FM Gulf Model to study relevant societal topics in a community setting. Such topics include Climate Change Adaptation, Sustainable coastal development and planning, Integrated Coastal Zone Management and Future Desalination and Water Strategies. By combining the Delft3D FM Gulf Model and local knowledge from partners in the region, we jointly enable collaborative research for a sustainable future in the region.

PROGRAMME 

A 2-hour programme is offered to you, including a series of presentations of existing Gulf Model use cases by speakers from the Gulf region, followed up by an open forum discussion on the further development of the Gulf Model Community.  

Open forum discussion about the Gulf Model Community
During this interactive session you can get in touch directly with the 'Gulf Model Community' to discuss the future of our Community and share your ideas for research topics and collaboration. For instance, how could the Gulf Model Community support your research topics of interest? What do you expect from the Community and how could it serve your needs best? The discussion will be moderated by the Deltares GMC team. Please let us know in the registration form what you would like to discuss.
