WANDA - Basic Course

WANDA is a powerful and user-friendly programme for the hydraulic design and optimization of pipeline systems. Design engineers and operators use WANDA to study the steady and dynamic behaviour of liquid, heat, gas and slurry flows in arbitrarily configured pipeline networks. The software can be linked to other applications, e.g. for operator training systems or advanced real-time control. WANDA has been developed by Deltares, it is extensively tested, validated and designed for engineers by engineers.

The WANDA Basic Course is tailored for engineering professionals with academic education working in the fields of drinking water, wastewater, cooling water and the process industry. Deltares has been giving courses on hydraulic modelling for many years. Knowledge transfer on hydraulics as well as the use of simulation software WANDA has proven to add value to water utilities and consultants. The course uses the WANDA software but most modeling aspects as well as the understanding of hydraulics can also be applied to other packages.

The registration fee for this course is € 1125, – excluding VAT.
50% discount for lecturers at centers of education.
