Description

With the theme “User Perspectives” this year’s programme of the International Delft-FEWS User Days focusses on how forecasters may use operational systems more effectively for warning the general public and informing decision makers and crisis managers.

We give you presentations and break-out sessions on end-user needs, international cooperation, operational water management, and the future of forecasting.

As in previous years, the programme also includes technical presentations, ranging from urban flooding and groundwater modelling, to probabilistic forecasting and distributed computing in the cloud.

During the interactive breakout sessions you have the opportunity to discuss impact-based forecasting, crisis management, new features, and more.
