This workshop will guide the user through a probabilistic analysis using D-Stability. In this workshop you will learn to construct a fragility curve using D-Stability in order to assess the probability of failure of an embankment.

The focus of the workshop is on the following topics:

  • Installing and introduction to D-Stability.
  • Drained and undrained material behavior.

-Focus on SHANSEP and construction phases for yield administration.

    -Stochastic input parameters, correlations.

  • Deterministic versus design versus probabilistic analysis.
  • Constructing a fragility curve.

You will need to bring your own laptop to the workshop.
